Sabudana Vada are made from Sago (Tapioca pearls) soaked overnight and mixed with black pepper, Ginger, Garlic and chilli flakes and some curry leaves & peanuts.

The patties are deep fried and served with a classic green chutney made from coriander, green chilli & mint.
