I was born in Switzerland and have lived & worked all over the UK, from Jersey in the Channel Islands up to Scotland. I mostly grew up in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire but currently reside in West London where I work full-time as a private chef.
I founded the company in August 2022 in order to continue working with some of the great people I've been lucky enough to work with after we've gone in our separate directions & to focus on my own project after having worked on a number of new startups & openings. I was lucky enough to be part of Michelin Star awarded teams in 4 separate restaurants, and have worked at a 4 AA Rosette level extensively.
I'm currently now focused on working as a private chef, having worked as a travelling chef for UHNW clients and as a freelancer for small parties, shooting parties & Christmas family bookings. I enjoy the variety working as a private chef gives compared to working in restaurants, as you can work with different styles of cooking right from fine dining dinners & entertaining to simple family style or sharing meals.
As I'm a quarter Burmese, I've always had an interest in South East Asian cooking & flavours and have always been most inspired by restaurants that fuse classic French fine dining with these flavours. I'm especially strong in cooking meat, fish and sauces and love to work with seafood & homegrown vegetables.
I'm a highly creative person and in the kitchen enjoy developing new dishes. Outside of the kitchen I enjoy developing my skills in business, finance, cooking, food photography & digital marketing. The company is as a fantastic creative outlet & long term project which allows me to work with fantastic produce & amazing food suppliers and learn & develop new skills outside of the kitchen.
